Activity Team Member Retires

Recently, we held a party here at Manor Grange Care Home for one of our lovely team members, Debs. Debs has now retired and in addition to her retirement party, we had live entertainment from singer Eddie Raven as well as a personalised presentation for Debs and of course, a buffet.

We decided on having a party to celebrate Debs, it only seemed right considering she was retiring. As well as a working at Manor Grange Care Home in Edinburgh Debs has spent many years doing missionary work overseas with disadvantaged youths and women. This event not only made Debs feel special and appreciated, but it gave the residents and staff an opportunity to celebrate the time Debs had spent at Manor Grange Care Home, reminiscing over the many happy moments they shared together.

We all wish her well in her future endeavours as she plans to spend time volunteering for worthy causes.
